Terms and Conditions for Cairnsmore, Carnawn and Pop’s Place

BOOKINGS

A 25% deposit is required on booking to be paid either by BACS or CHEQUE and the balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival

A confirmation e-mail will be sent with instructions on how to find us and the entry key code

 

CANCELLATION

We reserve the right if no deposit is paid to cancel the booking. Any cancellation within 7 days no refund will be given unless we manage to re-book the accommodation. If you have to cancel 30 days before arrival you will receive 50% of your booking unless the accommodation is re-booked and then full payment will be refunded. It is worth considering taking out a cancellation policy. We reserve the right to cancel a booking at our discretion up to 14 days prior to arrival.

CARE OF THE PROPERTY

Please take reasonable care of furniture, fittings and affects. As a charge will be made for any damage

 

NO PARTIES, EVENTS, NO BOOKINGS UNDER 18, MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY

Carnawn Sleeps 6. Pop’s Place Sleeps 3. Cairnsmore Sleeps 6

 

DOG POLICY

A maximum of 2 dogs permitted in Carnawn and Pop's Place a charge of £30 per dog per week or £7 per day.

A maximum of 1 dog permitted in Cairnsmore a charge of £30 per week or £7 per day.

You are responsible for your dog at all times.

Please do not let it roam around the property on its own or leave alone in the property.

Please pick up after your dog at all times and must not make excessive noise.

It would be appreciated if you could hoover up after your dog.

No dogs on beds or furniture or upstairs in Carnawn & Pop’s Place and Cairnsmore

GENERAL INFORMATION

No Smoking allowed inside the property

Candles are not allowed

The fireplaces in all properties are not in use.

All properties are central heated.

BBQ it would be appreciated if you could clean the BBQ after being used.

On request travel cot, high chair

Changeovers are either Friday or Saturday unless its a short break.

Parking available for 2 cars parked behind each other

Check-in 4pm - Check-out 10am

CARNAWN & POP’S PLACE

The driveway is steep engage in first gear drive hard to the top and go left and park in the appropriate car spaces for each property. If there are 2 cars park behind each other. Please be aware when you drive down to the bottom of the driveway to stop and look both ways

 

CAIRNSMORE

Unhitch the rope, drive to the top and either reverse left up the ramp to the top or swing and drive to the top.

Please do not park on the shingle as this is a turning area.

 

We the owners cannot accept responsibility for injuries sustained by any visitor or for any lost property or damage to vehicles

Please keep young children supervised and not be left to roam around the property.

Keep children away from the glass around the property.
